Welcome to Adlard's Restaurant.
Close to the Norwich city centre, in a bustling cul-de-sac, under the protective shadow of the Roman Catholic Cathedral, you will find Adlard's, a highly rated restaurant. It offers a short menu of fresh, seasonal food defined as modern British with French undertones.
Elegant and modern in style, nevertheless it has a welcoming, friendly and unpretentious atmosphere. Relaxation sets the scene in the restaurant so that the appreciation of the superb food is not hampered by stuffy, formal service and the baggage with it.
The eclectic and quirky wine list is continually receiving praise for the quality and diversity. There are over 300 bins including a large section of half bottles and, at the beginning, there are two pages, one white, one red, matching wines with food. Notably, there is no Sommelier pontificating and bullying you about the choice of wines. And you can pour it yourselves.
